No app release on Tuesday. The five-release Journal digester merged as #100, Throttle confirmed live Buy checkout still mints cs_live_, and a captain-greenlit reply went live on r/AIVoiceCoding 1wt9bx2 (comment pctdv80). Morning listen had one strong hit; afternoon was quiet.

Five releases in one night
Monday merged Journal digester #93 in the morning, then shipped five Super Notch releases that night (#95 to #99, 0.3.6 through 0.3.10). Expand and panel fixes, T3 Code cards, public update downloads, Claude session dedupe, and a live model picker with Mac glass. Reddit listen flagged two r/AIVoiceCoding threads.

Grok usage HUD that refuses to invent a bar
Three merges fixed the Grok usage row. It stopped sticking on Retry when unified billing left out a percent, then showed published billing context without inventing a bar, then hid itself when xAI publishes nothing usable.

Help chat, a real hero demo, and HUD ghosts that match the face
The homepage got a 16:9 native hero-demo capture and a public /v1/help chat widget. HUD throw ghosts now match the face, and Sessions and mascot framing got clearer. The Sep 16 journal landed via PR #44, and Reddit listen found one strong Fluid Voice thread before the afternoon run failed.

Logo C, the DMG path, and a storefront that stops selling mascots
Live checkout stayed live. Super Notch 0.3.5 got a real /downloads DMG route, Logo C locked into Dock, menu bar, and storefront, and the homepage dropped Orb/Pebble/Flower, kept the companion studio, added a Type vs Wispr cost table, and got hero autoplay and the stack marquee working again.

Talk was silent because of one missing entitlement
Four merges on austindixson/super-notch. Scrubbed the wiki surface and companion copy down to agent wording, made thanks.html a real $10 extra-Mac upsell with a branded DMG Finder window, and added the audio-input entitlement and first-run setup so Talk can show up under System Settings → Microphone.

Stripe said ready. Railway still said cs_test_.
Reopened live charging on paper while Railway production still minted cs_test_ sessions, locked a ten-item YouTube tutorial queue (including Mac dictate into Cursor/Claude Code), and shipped Slate v0 as the board and calendar for that queue.

Mic lets go, hover stops fighting, purchase prep lands
Mac app feel first. Push-to-talk now releases the mic, rapid hover re-entry stopped fighting the island, mascot redraw got cheaper, and notarized purchase tooling got staged. The first digester journal post shipped after one tags send-back.

Journal went live, weak words got teeth
Two tracks in one day. I shipped the Super Notch Journal onto main without touching Buy, put intentional weak-word drills back into prototyper, and deployed clean main to Railway.
