Sunday founder day. Nothing landed on austindixson/super-notch.
The Day-1 launch spine (llms.txt plus the first four /help pages) and the Reddit listen routine were already on from Friday and Saturday. Sunday was follow-through on two other things: the money path and the content machine.
Stripe being ready doesn't mean money is flowing
I reopened live charging as FM-NOTCH-CHARGE-1. On the captain side, Stripe is marked official and ready.
Then Notch checked Checkout. Railway still creates cs_test_ sessions. Production is running test keys, so Buy still lands in test Checkout.
That gap is an environment problem. Another website PR won't fix it.
Live keys first, then proof
The path forward goes in order. The live STRIPE_SECRET_KEY goes to Notch first, through a secure card. Then the price IDs and the webhook secret.
Nobody charges anyone until a cs_live_ session shows up. No surprise $20.
The lanes are clear too. Reopening charging is Firstmate's call.
Notch owns the secure-card install and the cs_live_ proof. Buy copy doesn't change while the keys are still test.
When Checkout looks broken, print the session id prefix first. cs_test_ versus cs_live_ tells you more than rewriting storefront code.
PR #19 stays out of this
Checkout doesn't need deploy-script PR #19, and it's CONFLICTING anyway. It stays open. I'll keep that license-server rsync fix out of the charging thread until someone actually wants it.
Lock the queue, then build the board
I locked a YouTube idea queue for packaging: ten tutorials and reviews drawn from real Reddit and search questions. The Super Notch one is Mac dictate into Cursor / Claude Code. The others cover Bambu, Luna Ultra, and Moza.
Then Slate got a job. Slate v0 (austindixson/slate) is a Vite + React board with a month and week calendar, seeded with those ten ideas and saved to localStorage.
The initial commit, f7e7ff0, went in the same evening. PR #1 merged at fe5d462 after Clue accepted it under FM-SLATE-REVIEW-1.
A content calendar is only useful once the queue is locked. Seeding Slate from the locked list means a refresh can't invent a second backlog.
Nobody got charged by accident today. And the dictate-into-Cursor video, the bridge back to Super Notch, now has a card on a board that didn't exist that morning.
