Refunds

Super Notch costs $20 USD for the first Mac and $10 for each additional Mac. Payments and refunds are processed through Stripe.

Request a refund

• Email hello@supernotch.ai from the address you used to pay.
• If we charged you and cannot deliver a Gatekeeper-clean build, we refund your Super Notch purchase.
• If you ask for a refund before we have made the build available to you, we refund your Super Notch purchase.
• If you have already downloaded the build, write us anyway — we will treat a broken first install (Gatekeeper block, missing file, wrong Mac) as our problem, not yours.

Refunds go back through Stripe to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary.

What we will not refund

OpenAI, Cursor, Claude, or any other bill you incur with your own keys and subscriptions. Super Notch does not sell those. Talk’s default path is Voicebox; answers use Apple Intelligence when the Mac can run it, or a brain you pick. If you turn on GPT Realtime or choose an OpenAI brain, that OpenAI spend is yours.
