Does Super Notch replace Cursor or Claude Code?

Beside your agents · Super Notch · supernotch.ai

You remember the project. Super Notch finds the card, then sends you back to the session where the work already lives.

Talk sits on Right Command. Type sits on Right Option. The floating HUD keeps a conversation beside the page or editor you already have open. When the brief belongs in a coding agent, handoff goes to a visible session you can follow in that tool.

What stays theirs

Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex remain the places that write and run the work. Super Notch is the notch, the HUD, and the voice surface beside them.

Bring the Grok or OpenAI subscription you already pay for. Chat and Talk answers go through that brain. Type stays local and spends no model tokens.

Dictate into Cursor or Claude Code

Focus the prompt or chat field in Cursor, Claude Code, or whatever app has the caret. Hold Right Option. Type is local speech-to-text. The words land in that field. You read them. You send them.

That is how Super Notch handles "dictate into Cursor" and "dictate into Claude Code." It is Type beside the agent, not Super Notch taking the agent's job.

Talk on Right Command is the MacBook Pro notch voice assistant path. Those answers use the brain you chose in Settings. They do not replace the coding agent in its own window.
